Once you request to redeem your winnings, the following will happen:
 1. Credits will be removed from your game
 2. The Credits removed will be deposited into your WALLET 
 3. Redemption requests are usually processed within 20 minutes during normal business hours.
 4. Redemption requests made after Business Hours will be processed the following Business Day.
 5. If you wish to Redeem in Person, LEAVE the credits on your game and see the Attendant at the location your credits were purchased from. Once you request a redeem online, the funds are deposited into your wallet.

1. You can make a Cash out Request HERE. 
2. The Minimum Cash out Amount is $50.00 and increments of $50.00 thereafter with a daily Limit of $550.00.
3. Cash out requests can be made at any time but are processed daily at 8:00AM. Requests will be processed up to the amount requested but not over the daily limit of $550.00.
4. You will receive an email with a link to accept the payment. This link will be active for 12-24 hours.  Please make sure you have access to the email that you used when purchasing the credits.  If you need to change the email address, please let the attendant know and they can help you with correcting the email. If you are wanting to use a different email than the one used to purchase credits, you will be sent a link to verify your identity.  This info only needs to be entered and verified ONCE.  You will not need to verify it again as long as you are using the same info.
5. After you open the link and provide your banking info for the transfer, you will receive the funds posted to your account usually within the same day. (This may vary depending on your banks policies.)  Funds can be deposited into ANY institution with a Routing and Account number.  You can also use debit cards, if they have a routing number to allow direct deposits (Cash App, Cash Card, etc.)
6. Fees. All wallet Cash outs have a transaction fee of $6.00 + 1.75 percent of the amount.  For example, A $550.00 Cash out will have a fee $15.63 deducted from your $550.00.  You would receive $534.37 into your Bank account.  These are the fees charged by Paynote (Our Processing Partner) to facilitate the transfer into your Bank.  These fees can be avoided by making your Redemption in the store off of your game.  Just leave your credits on the game and visit the location to redeem.  Wallets can’t be Cashed Out in stores.
